Bokang Electromechanical and Wuhu Cigarette Factory carry out paired construction and exchange activities with state-owned and private enterprise trade unions

　　On the morning of August 6th, the Yijiang District Federation of Trade Unions took the lead in organizing the Bokang Electromechanical Trade Union of a private enterprise in its jurisdiction to visit Wuhu Cigarette Factory and carry out the paired construction and exchange activities of state-owned enterprise and private enterprise trade unions, in accordance with the requirements of the municipal federation of state-owned enterprises and private enterprise trade unions.

　　During the event, the delegation from Bokang Electromechanical visited the labor union positions such as the Wuhu Cigarette Factory Workers' Home and the Model Worker Innovation Studio, to gain a detailed understanding of the mature practices and practical experience of state-owned enterprises in the standardization of labor union construction, industrial worker team reform, employee cultural and sports activities, model worker craftsman cultivation, and employee rights protection. At the symposium, union cadres from both sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on key business areas such as institutional construction, site operation, employee services, union activity planning, and fund management. They learned from each other's work ideas, analyzed the bottlenecks and difficulties in grassroots union work, and explored measures for joint construction and implementation.

　　Through this pairing and joint construction, a communication bridge for mutual learning and exchange between state-owned enterprise and private enterprise trade unions has been built, fully leveraging the exemplary and driving role of state-owned enterprise trade unions, helping private enterprise trade unions to fill the gaps in their work, and promoting the improvement and efficiency of grassroots trade union work. Next, under the overall promotion of the Yijiang District Federation of Trade Unions, both parties will establish a normalized linkage mechanism, deepen resource sharing, experience exchange, and activity coordination, and effectively transform the results of paired joint construction into practical achievements in serving employees and empowering enterprise development.
