System Engineer
Job Requirements:
1. Planning, preparation, revision, and improvement of quality management system documents
1. Participate in quality system planning and be responsible for organizing the preparation of quality manuals and system documents in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system;
2. Organize various departments to establish and improve quality management system documents, systems, processes, etc;
3. Organize document reviews to ensure the applicability of documents;
4. Assist leaders of various departments in organizing the publicity, implementation, and training related to system documents;
5. Responsible for the control, distribution, and archiving management of quality management system documents (quality manuals, procedure documents).
II. Internal audit
1. Organize the Quality Assurance Department to prepare the annual internal audit plan (system audit, process audit, product audit);
2. Develop an implementation plan for internal audit of the quality system;
3. Organize and implement internal system audits, as well as the rectification and verification of non-conformities within the company;
III. Second-party audit
1. Assist the Business Department in conducting customer onboarding audits and inputting audit terms internally; organize and submit supplier survey forms, and guide and inspect the preparation of audit materials by various departments;
2. Customer introduction review, audit, rectification tracking, verification, data collection, sorting, and submission.
IV. Third-party certification and audit
1. Organize third-party audits, and input audit plans and audit-related terms and requirements to the internal system;
2. Guide the preparation and arrangement of audits according to the third-party audit plan;
3. Guide each department to rectify non-conformities identified during audits and verify the effectiveness of the rectification;  
4. Collect and summarize the rectification materials for non-conformity reports and submit them to the certification body.
V. Supervision, review, and inspection of system operation
Regularly supervise, inspect, and assess the operation of the department's management system, and report to the superior
VI. Responsible for organizing the company's annual management improvement work;
VII. Participate in the formulation and optimization of workflow processes (information systems);
8. Be responsible for collecting data on the performance indicators of the company's quality management system processes, organizing rectification for non-compliance, and tracking the progress;
IX. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.  
Job requirements:
College degree or above, majoring in science and engineering or related fields;
2. Familiar with the IATF16949 system standard;
Be familiar with quality management methods and the use of quality tools;  
3. Proficient in using Office and other office software;   
4. Possess strong writing skills;             
5. Possess good social and communication skills;  
6. Possess strong internal and external audit skills.

Design Engineer
Job Requirements:
1. Participate in technical exchanges before the finalization of new projects;
2. Participate in benchmarking for new projects, as well as analysis of standards and process feasibility;
3. Responsible for cooperating with customers in early product development and design (producing schematic drawings, 3D layouts, and 2D wiring harness drawings);
4. Responsible for connector design and development;
5. Responsible for confirming the selection of new raw materials (to achieve optimal cost of components within the system);
6. Responsible for continuously optimizing product design and implementing VAVE;
7. Responsible for maintaining the product design database (material model database, connector pattern database);
8. Responsible for the post-design verification, tracking, and optimization of design drawings for new products;

Job requirements:
College degree or above, major in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation or related fields
Possess strong learning, social, and communication skills;
3. Familiar with the technical performance, specifications, and working principles of wiring harness products;
4. Familiar with relevant standards and product development processes for wiring harnesses;
5. Over two years of experience in wire harness design;

Connector R&D Engineer
Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for the early evaluation of products, technical communication with clients, and the execution and implementation of design proposals.
2. Responsible for the production of product design drawings (2D and 3D) after the design is finalized, as well as managing design changes and other related tasks during the process.
3. Responsible for improving design materials, including but not limited to design objectives, DFEAM, tolerance analysis, DVP, etc.
4. Responsible for monitoring the development progress of new products, intervening promptly to address issues during the process, including the determination of results from mold trials, experiments, and tests, as well as formulating improvement plans, to ensure that product performance meets industry standards and customer demands.
5. Responsible for providing technical support, including early-stage business promotion, internal cross-functional consultation, etc.
6. Analyze and assess technical risks, and develop corresponding risk management strategies and measures.
7. Oversee the production process, ensure product quality, and address major technical issues that arise during production.
8. Optimize production processes and technical processes, improve production efficiency, and reduce costs.
9. Assist in analyzing and resolving major quality issues in the after-sales service of products, and propose measures for improvement and optimization.
10. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, not limited to teams in technology, production, project management, quality assurance, logistics, and business, to ensure the smooth progress of product development and production.
Job requirements:
1. Possess work experience in the automotive connector industry and be familiar with common connector products such as FAKRA, Ethernet, and HSD
2. Familiar with relevant standards, technical performance indicators, and working principles of high-speed wiring harness products.
3. Familiar with the processing technology of high-speed wiring harness, key process control points, and the automation implementation of the manufacturing process.
4. Have experience in connector development and design, and be able to independently complete product design work.
5. Be adept at analyzing and addressing various issues in the production process, and proposing improvement measures.
5. Proficient in self-improvement of work abilities and skill learning.
6. Possess strong communication and coordination skills.
