Typical experience of democratic management selected for promotion by national trade unions
On December 9, 2025, the Office of the National Coordination Group for Factory Affairs Disclosure officially released the information on factory affairs disclosure, aiming to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and various plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, and comprehensively promote the implementation and deepening of the democratic management system of enterprises and institutions with the workers' congress as the basic form. In the current new era, democratic management in enterprises and institutions faces many key, difficult, and weak links. Therefore, the office has deeply explored and focused on cultivating a number of good experiences and practices with demonstration effects, in order to significantly improve the overall level of democratic management work through a point to area approach.
This work focuses on the implementation of innovative democratic management, with a particular emphasis on how to build a platform for employee participation in management and efficient communication and negotiation with enterprises, and ensure that these innovations are effectively connected and mutually promoted with existing systems such as employee representative conferences and factory affairs transparency, thus forming a strong synergy of democratic management systems. In this process, various effective forms of democratic management have been explored in different regions, providing valuable experience for the diversified development of democratic management.
It is worth mentioning that,The proposal put forward by the labor union of Wuhu Bokang Electromechanical Co., Ltd., "Proposal Gathering, Innovation Empowerment - Exploring New Paths of Democratic Management in the New Energy Vehicle Industry", has been successfully selected as one of the nine excellent experience practices for democratic management in enterprises and institutions carried out by the All China Federation of Trade Unions in 2025. This proposal explores a new path for democratic management in the new energy vehicle industry by consolidating the wisdom of employees and stimulating innovation vitality, and has important reference significance and promotion value. This achievement not only reflects the innovative practice of Wuhu Bokang Electromechanical Co., Ltd. in democratic management, but also provides a replicable and promotable typical example for enterprises and institutions across the country, further promoting the widespread application and sustainable development of democratic management system.
