In order to strictly implement the annual safety production work plan of the enterprise, continuously consolidate the foundation of fire safety management in the factory area, effectively enhance the emergency response capabilities of frontline employees in case of fire, and maximize the prevention and reduction of personnel and property losses caused by fire accidents. On June 6th, the company organized the annual fire emergency drill in an orderly manner. This drill was successfully completed with the overall planning and deployment of company leaders, the collaborative cooperation of team leaders, and the active participation of participating employees, effectively testing the effectiveness of the company's regular fire safety training.
Compared to the previous centralized participation mode, this year the company has optimized the fire drill plan and adopted a team rotation training mode, with special process teams participating in this drill. The working environment of special process positions is unique, with dense personnel and equipment, making it a key area for fire safety control in the factory. Although the number of participants in this targeted special exercise has been reduced, it avoids the problems of previous large-scale exercises being mere formalities and insufficient practical coverage. It focuses on the actual needs of the position to carry out precise training, effectively ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the exercise, and enabling every participant to truly learn and master fire emergency skills.
This drill simulates the entire process of fire outbreak, emergency evacuation, evacuation, and assembly. During the drill, all participants of the special craft team reacted quickly, remained calm and composed, strictly followed the fire safety evacuation regulations, and proficiently mastered the core evacuation points such as bending over, covering their mouth and nose, and orderly evacuation. They quickly and safely arrived at the designated assembly point according to the preset route, and the whole process was orderly, standardized, and efficient, fully demonstrating good safety literacy and emergency psychological qualities.
In the practical training session, the safety officer carefully disassembled the six character operation mnemonic of "lifting, shaking, pulling, gripping, pressing, and sweeping" according to the standard usage method of commonly used dry powder fire extinguishers in the factory area. Through on-site demonstration, hands-on teaching, and individual error correction, the safety officer intuitively explained the details of equipment use, operational errors, and key points of initial fire extinguishing. The participating employees have been hands-on and practiced repeatedly, fully mastering the practical skills of fire extinguishers and possessing the ability to independently handle initial fires.
After the drill, the overall commander of the drill, Ni Zhiliang, fully affirmed the effectiveness of the entire drill and the rigorous attitude and outstanding performance of all participating personnel. He stated that fire safety is the bottom line and red line of enterprise safety production. At the same time, he put forward clear requirements for subsequent fire safety work, requiring all employees to regularly memorize the locations of escape routes and safety exits in various areas of the factory, proficiently master the skills of using various fire-fighting equipment, constantly tighten the fire safety string, and eliminate the idea of complacency and relaxation.
This special fire drill is tailored to the actual situation of the position and focuses on practical results, further strengthening the fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of the special process team employees, and improving the company's fire emergency response process. Next, the company will continue to optimize the hierarchical and classified fire training mechanism, carry out regular hazard investigation and emergency training, fill in the gaps in safety management, and comprehensively build a solid defense line for enterprise safety production.
