  Wire harness manufacturing is divided into the following parts:

  1. Cutting the wire is to cut the wire according to the size required by the process. Some automatic pressing and connecting equipment can cut the wire and pressing and connecting at the same time, such as c551 and 355 of komaishi in Japan.

  2, terminal pressing connect the cut wire with small pressing machine (now there are few tin welding), sometimes one terminal can be pressed to connect more than one wire;

  3. Subassembly. The pressed wires shall be subassembled according to the requirements of subassembly technology, that is, the terminals shall be inserted into the sheath

  4. Assemble the small assembly that has been assembled according to the circuit on the drawing board (tape or pull tape and tie it into a bundle, i.e. wire harness).

  5. Circuit detection conduct conducting test in accordance with the preset circuit direction on special circuit detection equipment (without load, so the function of wire harness is not affected).

  6. Visual inspection: check whether some appearance parts are up to standard and lack of accessories, etc.

  Automobile wiring harness processing is the main part of automobile circuit network.
